The Ora Story

The Spark Behind Ora

Ora is a promise to girls in their growing years - a time of discovery, self-expression, and becoming. We believe that when girls feel comfortable moving through the world, they can focus on everything else. That's the thinking behind every fabric, fit, and finish.

I'm Keerti - an engineer by training, with degrees from IIT and Columbia and a decade building AI. I've spent my career solving hard problems and staying balanced in motion: yoga, pilates, zumba, running - how I think, reset, and feel most myself.

On a trip to Los Angeles with my daughter, something stayed with me: women and girls lived in their activewear all day - not for sport, but for comfort, confidence, and the freedom to move.

Keerti - Founder

As a mother, I wondered why growing girls in India didn't have the same - finding only scratchy polyester and afterthought clothes, and tweens long past cartoon prints overlooked entirely.

Ora is her answer.

What we're building goes beyond clothing. Every girl who puts on Ora should feel free to own who she is, rise to every challenge, and achieve whatever she sets her mind to. The name Ora means life - the spirit we want her to carry into all of hers.

Own. Rise. Achieve.
